Last week was an incredible week with more properties going into escrow than came on the market! Here are the highlights: 47 New Listings, 52 Pending Sales, 25 Closed Sales


Other notable increases:

* When comparing 2019 to 2020, the Median Sales Price increased $20.5% from $1,286,000 to $1,550,000!

* Due to the lack of sales in March and April 2020 (Due to COVID), the Sold Volume for 2020 increased to 30.2% over 2019 from $2,369,815,734 to $3,084,913,687.
